Children's Day Out
This program offers parents of children ages 4 months up to 3 years free time each week while providing group experiences for the very young child. Children may attend Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 - 2:00 or may choose to attend only one day. This program follows the Vestavia Hills City School System calendar. Summer sessions also available from 9:00 - 2:00.

Preschool
This program provides varied learning experiences in a Christian atmosphere. In addition to our highly qualified staff of teachers, our faculty includes special teachers in Music and Movement Education.
Children who are three and potty trained by September 1 may attend Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 - 12:00 or Monday through Friday 9:00 - 12:00. Four year olds attend Monday through Friday 9:00 - 12:00. Our "Hot Lunch" program is an extended session available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 - 2:00 for children enrolled in the Preschool program. The yearly calendar follows the Vestavia Hills City School System calendar. No summer classes, but three and four year old classes are offered in Children's Day Out on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 - 2:00 during the summer.

Full-time Childcare
Full-time childcare is offered for children who are at least three years old and potty trained by September 1. Hours of operation are from 7:00 - 6:00 and runs year round. Tuition for full-time childcare includes our Preschool program when in session and hot lunches daily.

Afterschool Care
This program is available for children who attend Vestavia Hills East Elementary. Children are provided a nutritious after school snack and participate in various activities until 6:00 P.M. Full-day care is also available on certain holidays when Vestavia East is closed for those children enrolled in this program.

Vestavia Dance
Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church is also home to Vestavia Dance, a program offering ballet, tap, and jazz for children from four years of age. Because they are already here, our children enrolled in full-time childcare and after-school care have the opportunity to participate in these programs. This is a convenient option for parents working full-time who would also like to offer these extras to their children.
